Wanda Emery is a Regulatory Specialist on the St.Germain Collins team. In this capacity, Ms. Emery researches environmental, land use, fire and safety regulations specific to client projects and develops solutions to assist clients in maintaining and strengthening their regulatory programs and permitting new facilities, including regulatory reporting, Phase I environmental site assessments and state and local development permits. Wanda has been involved in municipal and regulatory compliance since 2000.

Prior to joining St.Germain Collins, Ms. Emery worked as the Code Enforcement and Boards Secretary, the Alternate Plumbing Inspector, Assistant Building Inspector, and the Assistant E911 Addressing Officer for the Town of Buxton, Maine.
