Mike Rioux is Senior Regulatory Specialist at St.Germain Collins and is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). Working in the industrial sector for 11 years and as an environmental consultant since 1992, Mike has considerable experience applying environmental regulations to industrial, commercial and academic operations. Mr. Rioux specializes in compliance program design, environmental auditing, ISO 14001 development and maintenance, air toxics vulnerability analyses, integrated contingency plans, air emission inventories and air permitting, conducting cost savings and compliance efficiency assessments, hazardous waste determinations and management, wastewater and stormwater permitting and SWPPPs.
